Organisation settings

Confirm currency (NGN), payroll day, pension rates, and NHF settings under Settings. Defaults are applied for Nigeria on signup.

Pay structures

Create a pay structure with basic salary and recurring allowances. Assign structures to employees before running payroll.

Payroll run lifecycle

1. Create or open a payroll period
2. Start a pay run and calculate
3. Review variances and approve
4. Generate payslips and statutory reports
5. Lock the period when complete

Use the in-app wizard at /app/<org>/welcome/payroll-setup for a guided first run.
